River Run Village Master Plan

The River Run master plan features integrated pathways, plazas, and landscaped spaces encouraging connection with the outdoors and surrounding community. Carefully designed and situated spaces provide opportunities for relaxation and recreation with ample views of the surrounding landscape. The mixture of highly-integrated buildings and uses, thoughtfully designed and sited within the town of Ketchum, defines this new and vibrant community.

The project site includes a village core and base camp with a hotel, dining and retail shops, conference facilities, a full-service spa, health club, residential units and structured parking. The master plan also includes two residential neighborhoods for workforce/employees.
