Architectural Designer
Location: San Francisco, California

 Duties:
- Assemble Revit model for architectural design, starting in Schematic design with senior design team, and contribute to advancement of BIM modeling into Design Development and technical production documents.

- Translate architectural sketch drawings and details into electronic CAD version and then to BIM/Revit form, assisting senior design team.

- Develop Revit model and BIM protocols and files in coordination with architectural engineering and other integrated models throughout the design phases.

- Research building products, materials and systems as will be verified for selection and implementation into the design and technical documentation – such as window systems, facade materials, structural support and waterproofing assemblies.

- Participate in numerous workshops with design consultants and contractors to enhance code requirements, cost and constructability.

- Assist in architectural construction and field review, submittals, and documentation.
Job requires Bachelor’s in Architecture. At least six months experience. Must be able to perform the job tasks, including having knowledge of Revit. $85,696/yr.
