Hornberger + Worstell mastered planned the phased expansion of The Sentosa Resort, operated by HKR Asia Pacific.  Situated on a 27-acre wooded ocean bluff on the south shore of Sentosa Island, the hilltop resort is known for its lush tropical setting and views of the South China Sea. The client’s chief objective was to enhance guests’ experience by adding new facilities while optimizing available land. The master plan includes the addition of four hillside villas, executive residences, expanded conference facilities, wellness center, beach villas, a five-star restaurant, and recreational facilities including a midnight blue pool and boathouse.
